  1. Statistics are Median values (interquartile range—IQR) and the Mean (standard deviation—SD) of single items assessed on a 7-point Likert scale, factor loadings (λ), composite reliability (CR), average variance extracted (AVE) and Cronbach’s α
  2. aThe consumers’ objective knowledge was computed for each participant by summing the number of correct answers to nine statements (Table 4)
  3. bThe consumers were asked whether they agreed or disagreed with the subjective knowledge statements. They were then asked to respond according to a 7-point scale: 1 = Totally disagree; 7 = Totally agree
  4. c1 = A few times a year; 2 = Once a month or less; 3 = 2–3 times a month; 4 = 1 or 2 times a week; 5 = 3–4 times a week; 6 = Almost every day
  5. d0 = Never; 1 = A few times a year; 2 = Once a month or less; 3 = 2–3 times a month; 4 = 1 or 2 times a week; 5 = 3–4 times a week; 6 = Almost every day
